I don't know, what is it... but this quilt is quite impossible to photograph without Fenix on it. Maybe it's those red patches... I have noticed that Fenix loves everything, which is red or orange-red...
Does cat understand colors? Or does it feels the warmth of them?
There's the fabrics, which I used: Basic Grey's Jovial - mainly I used all reds and greens, some blues of two charm packs, few red pieces from those two fabrics.
I have already found the backing and binding fabrics too;o)...
... and designed a quilting pattern.
So this quilt doesn't increase the height of my UFO pile!!!
And I mean it!
What do you think... am I on the right track?
I had to put (not yet totally completed) Jersey Girl on the wall... outside (too cold for Fenix)... so I can post it to the Schnibbles parade. Remember to visit at Sinta Renee or Sherri, where you'll see many other lovely Jersey Girl -quilts!

A very striking quilt. The fabrics you used are really very nice. I have the same problem with one of my cats. I think Fenix is just looking for more attention.

I think Fenix is just showing his appreciation for your work! It looks great in Jovial. I have a bunch of that fabric in my stash that I haven't used yet and seeing your quilt makes me want to pull it out and start making something with it! I like how you used the reds in each block and white for all your sashing. Good luck getting it quilted quickly!
