I have no suggestions on how to quilt it but you really should make sure that your embroideries are enhanced. Wonderful job.

A absolutely stunning quilt. And since you have already put so much work into the stitchery I would suggest you quilt it by hand.

I am not good with quilting designs. I leave it up to others. What a gorgeous quilt!!

Wow!!!!!! I LOVE it!!!!! Quilting by hand would be really nice, but how to quilt it, I'm just not sure.

One suggestion I would make: Don't stitch over the stitcheries!!! And keep the quilting 'calm', because the quilt says it already.
Good luck!

r77Congratulations on a beautiful quilt top! Absolutely wonderful!

How to quilt it... I see some of the girls have suggested hand quilting - I too would love to see this hand quilted (very simple crosses in the squares and rectangles and outline quilting the stitchery frames) using perle cotton. However I'm the slowest hand quilter in the world, so I hesitate to suggest it... However the same type quilting by machine would be nice too. And perhaps a cable of some sort in the border?
