Don't Ask Me....

... what I'm doing...

 because I don't really have a clue!
I wonder, if Fenix has... either...

PURR-PURR...

What do you mean? Can't you see, Satu, that I'm going to cut and sew new curtains for us. I just have to measure them first.

Ok, I leave you there... with your fabric...
and I'll try to sew something more 'purposeful' than those pieces in the beginning...

Voila! The fifth block of the 2012 Designer Mystery is done!
It's Cherry Sundae
and if you look at it closer, you will notice, that I changed the fabric of the middle square...

Oh, I still loooooove these fresh colors!
What do you think, Fenix? Huhuu, Fenix!!!
Where are you?

I'm purr - here!

But I 'm wondering, when are you going to stop the tinkering with these tiny pieces...
you know, I have also some 'businesses' to do!
Oh dear, ;o)

See you... I'm glad that you popped up!

Still Searching Lost...

... sewing inspiration.

While I was looking for it, I found
a blue box filled with the star blocks.

They must have been in that box seven or eight years...
huh, time really flies...
There is twenty-five blue/yellow stars and six paper-pieced pink-green stars. It would be nice to see them in finished quilt... but NOW they can not make me turn on!

Then I found this Lanarte's cross-stitchery, which is without frames.
It's called Red Bouquet and it's 25 x 30 cm.

I don't know exactly WHY, it isn't on my wall (or someone else's wall).
Maybe one reason is the very broken frame, which I purchased for it. I broke the frame, before I finished the cross stitching... and I have never even tried to buy a new one...
No, that broken frame doesn't look nice!
The other reason might be all too dark pink sprayed background fabric. The flowers don't stand out enough from the background, I think.

The searching continued...
and look, I got the companion ;o)
Fenix, you look, that you are really searching for something...

Satu, maybe we are purr-finding your sewing mojo behind that corner!
Or are you still going to crochet those piece of laces?
Purr-boooring!

Just in case, IF you happen to find your sewing inspiration... I'll go and take a nap in your sewing chair... before that... purr-krooh!

In my last post,
Katrin from Cattinka advised me to find more amusement with the yarns...

... and I surely did what she advised ;o)
One shelf is bursting with started (or going to be started) crafts.
Wohoo, now I dizzy...
... I need some cooling...

So The Merry, Merry Snowmen is progressing
slowly, but steadily ;o)

HAPPY WEEK to YOU!!!
I'll keep going on the search...
